Transport Assistant Specialist

Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and respectful environment for all patients, and we are seeking an experienced Mental Health Transport Assistant to join us.
This role requires a passionate and empathetic individual who can thrive working in a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including IT ability, and be able to remain calm under pressure whilst delivering genuine care. A valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience is required.

Our competitive salary is £12.14 per hour (blended rate), with additional pay for working at a Mental Health 'place of safety' and for bed watch activities.
