Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out inspections to judge vehicle road worthiness, following Ministry of Transport and DVSA test guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out inspections to assess vehicle road worthiness
  • Fitting brakes, exhausts, new tyres, seatbelts, oil levels, filters, cam belts, and clutches as required
  • Recording vehicle emission test results and scheduling annual MOT training sessions
Requirements
  • Full Driving Licence with no more than nine points
  • Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOTs
  • Current MOT Testing Licence (No licence? Other opportunities available for Technicians)

Salary:

£32,000 - £38,000 per annum
