Support Worker Needed for Child with Complex Disabilities
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team and provide essential care and assistance to a 12-year-old child with complex disabilities.
The child requires ongoing support with personal care, wheelchair transitions, and engaging in activities they enjoy. You will work alongside the family and other support workers to ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the child with daily living tasks, including personal care and wheelchair transitions.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the child.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the child and their family.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with additional needs and disabilities is desirable.
- A recent DBS certificate and relevant insurance information are required.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
