Job Title: Disability Support Professional

Bracknell Forest Council is committed to providing exceptional support to children and young people with disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Disability Support Professional to join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

Estimated Salary: £40,257 - £45,352 per annum (dependent on experience)

This challenging yet rewarding role involves conducting home visits, attending meetings with families, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
