Job Title: Disability Support WorkerEstimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Job Description:
We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Bracknell. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing one-to-one support and enabling them to reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel around Bracknell and surrounding areas to provide support to clients.
- Assist clients with daily tasks, including attending appointments and going to day centres.
- Support clients with medication, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Enable clients to live independently by assisting with shopping, budgeting, and meal planning.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training provided.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
