Job Title: Accounts Assistant
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organised and administratively skilled Financial / Accounts Assistant to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Finance Director and managing day-to-day financial tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and finance, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Managing cash flow and updating ledgers
- Coordinating with suppliers and clients
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Daily banking and cash handling
- Filing and document management
- Providing customer service
- Developing and maintaining financial systems
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
- Previous experience in a finance based role
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Sage Line 50
**Estimated Salary:** £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
