About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at UBT. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing existing accounts, and bringing on new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Participate in daily telesales campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Conduct proactive sales calls to potential new customers
  • Assist with other reasonable tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
