We are seeking a skilled Community General Practitioner to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality patient care through triage, consultations, and management of patients of all ages with primary care problems.
- To record accurate and comprehensive clinical notes using our IT systems.
- To complete coding requirements in line with Trust standards.
- To manage referrals to acute specialties, A&E, or community services as needed.
- To educate patients on healthy living, disease prevention, and appropriate use of NHS services.
- To prescribe medicines in accordance with the UTC formulary and dispense from stock where available.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You will also need to be proficient in using our IT systems and have a strong understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.
