IT Support Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team in Banbury. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support across the organization, ensuring that all IT-related systems and infrastructure are operating efficiently, and assisting in resolving any technical issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an IT Support Analyst, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role, with knowledge of Windows operating systems and proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office 365 and related applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support to internal teams and external clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Manage user accounts and permissions on various platforms (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Assist in the implementation of new technology projects and IT infrastructure improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and tools.
