Head of Retail Marketing

Fella & Jones is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the marketing strategy for a rapidly expanding fashion retail brand. As Head of Retail Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic marketing strategy across all channels, driving growth, and elevating brand presence both locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, email, and paid media
- Lead creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business objectives
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Lead strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility
- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing/Marketing Director within the retail or fashion sector
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand building, and omnichannel strategies
