Main Responsibilities:

  • Transport training materials to various sites across the region, ensuring timely and effective delivery.">
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management skills.">
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to support the professional development of colleagues.">
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the health and social care sector.">
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions and inform future improvements.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Proven experience in a training role, with a focus on adult learning and development.">
  • Relevant Learning & Development/training qualification, such as a degree in education or a related field.">
  • A recognized training/teaching qualification, such as PTTLS, or a willingness to work towards it.">
  • Satisfactory DBS/PVG checks, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.">
