HR and Payroll Administrator

Join Oakleaf Partnership, a leading property organisation, in this exciting opportunity to work as an HR and Payroll Administrator. Reporting to the People and Culture Director, you will be part of a dynamic HR team of four professionals.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for payroll professionals and administrators looking to transition into the world of HR. As an HR and Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administration of all stages of the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate payroll data is inputted into Excel.
  • Collect and coordinate relevant documents for the payroll process.
  • Input data onto the payroll instruction Excel spreadsheet.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven administration skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel and HR systems.
  • Experience working within HR teams and knowledge of payroll is advantageous.
