Network and Digital Discipline Team Lead

Wood Digital Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Network and Digital Discipline Team Lead to support our EMEA Systems Integration business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the Network and Digital department.

This is a hybrid role that can be based anywhere in the UK, with mobility and travel to customer sites and face-to-face meetings with colleagues expected.

Applicants must be able to pass a HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

Key Qualifications:

  • ISCED Level 6 / Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Chartership with a relevant professional body or Professional Engineer License is an advantage

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience of engineering delivery in one or more relevant industry sectors
  • Expert-level experience and understanding of discipline engineering tools and processes
  • Broad understanding of the business drivers for relevant industry sector clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Able to attract top talent to meet current and future business needs
  • Experienced in developing talent using coaching, mentoring, and formal performance processes
