About the Job

We are seeking a qualified teaching assistant to support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a well-resourced special educational needs school.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or adults with SEND and be able to provide individualized support to promote student development and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working closely with teaching staff to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
  2. Providing additional support to students with complex needs, enabling them to access the curriculum.
  3. Contributing to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tracking student progress.

Salary: £50 per hour

Estimated Annual Salary: £104,000 - £109,200 (based on 40 hours/week)
