Further Education Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Further Education Assistant to work with students aged 18-25 years with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with their educational needs and helping them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-to-one support to students with additional needs, adapting learning materials and breaking down complex tasks to ensure accessibility.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, making it an excellent opportunity for those passionate about education and making a positive impact on young people's lives.
