We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children's education and development.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will work closely with the Class Teacher and other professionals to enhance children's learning outcomes. They will provide support to all children, including those with additional needs, and contribute to creating a safe, fun and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Buildeffective relationships with children using a nurturing and calm approach.
  • Communicate with families/carers to provide feedback about children's progress.
  • Deliver small intervention groups and Phonics sessions for Key Stage 1 students.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
  • A good understanding of the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.90 - £14 per hour, making this an attractive opportunity for teaching assistants looking to advance their careers.
