We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Toyota Chelmsford branch. This role offers excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return for your hard work and dedication.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within customer services or a customer-facing role in the retail industry. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to understand and adapt to customers' buying strategies, encouraging them to experience our products through test drives. Additionally, you will need to ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist.

This role requires someone who is motivated by achievement and results, setting challenging goals and targets. You should also possess analytical thinking and decision-making skills, able to quickly evaluate key data and apply logic and common sense. Furthermore, you should identify with and act for our Toyota brand and values, being flexible and adaptable in unknown situations.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
