Sales Executive

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Chelmsford. As an Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for researching and approaching potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our global events to the Army and Navy.
**What You'll Get:**
- A competitive salary of £24,000, plus uncapped commission, with a realistic earning potential of around £20,000 per annum.
- 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and an additional two-week annual leave break at Christmas.
- Regular team socials and events.
- Full support and training.
This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You will be required to travel internationally, attending around four fully paid-for global events per year, each lasting 2-4 days.
**Requirements:**
- A valid passport for international travel.
- To live within a reasonable distance of Chelmsford.
- An extremely clear and professional telephone manner.
- Confidence to speak to business professionals and senior ranking personnel within the Armed Forces.
- Driven, motivated, enthusiastic, and confident to work to sales targets.
- Passion to work alongside the Armed Forces.
- Recent office-based telephone sales experience or graduates with no sales experience, but a passion for event sales, will be considered.
