Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to lead our nursing service in Norton Fitzwarren. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life of individuals we support, while contributing to the management of the service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, with a passion for supporting individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and challenging behaviors. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, and ensuring the individuals we support receive the care they need.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.15 per hour, plus enhancements for evening and weekend work. Our benefits package includes enhanced retirement leave, long service awards, and access to cash plans for colleagues and their families.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nursing service team in Norton Fitzwarren
  • Enhance the quality of life of individuals we support
  • Allocate shifts and book training for colleagues
  • Induct new colleagues into the team
  • Ensure the individuals we support receive the care they need
