Ribbons and Reeves Limited seeks a highly motivated Student Support and Development Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:The Student Support and Development Worker will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to support students with SEN and Disability in their academic and personal growth
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Documenting and tracking student progress and participating in regular review meetings
- Degree in Education or related field (desirable)
- Experience working with students with SEN and Disability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary of £25,714 - £31,627 per annum, based on qualifications and experience
