Child Development Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated Child Development Support Worker to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves Limited In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in supporting children who require additional help with their speech and language development.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to children with speech and language difficulties, helping them to improve their communication skills.
  • Collaborate with primary teachers to design and implement effective intervention plans that cater to individual needs.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and social interaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree from a Russell Group University.
  • Relevant experience working with children, particularly those with speech and language challenges.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
