About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Children's Home, ensuring the provision of safe and stimulating environments for the children. This includes developing and implementing individual care plans, participating in training and development programs, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.">
  • Experience working with children and young people who have learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behavior.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.">
  • Knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements.">

Salary and Benefits:

">

The salary for this role is £32,500 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer paid sleep ins (£70), and opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Working Hours: Shift work, including weekends, evenings, and sleep ins.
