Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Team Lead to join our team in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a large team of residential staff in delivering statutory duties to young people.

About the Role:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or equivalent qualification, as well as evidence of continued professional development. A full UK driving license and DBS clearance are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of residential staff in delivering high-quality care to young people
  • Assess individual needs and develop personalized plans to support residents' goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
