Job Title: Children's Healthcare Manager

Company Overview: As a leading provider of complex care packages, Leaders In Care Recruitment requires a skilled Children's Healthcare Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to children and their families. This role involves providing face-to-face support, creating care plans, and managing a team of carers. Based in Southampton, this opportunity offers a competitive salary and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will have RSCN qualifications, an active NMC PIN, and extensive experience in paediatric care. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team and work collaboratively with clients and families. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver tailored care plans for individual clients
  2. Effectively manage the MDT through strong communication and teamwork
