Community Healthcare Worker

We are seeking an experienced Health Visitor to join our Eastleigh North / Eastleigh South Health Visiting Team, which serves a diverse population of children, young people, and their families. As a Health Visitor, you will be responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme, with a focus on prevention and early intervention.
This role requires a strong understanding of public health principles and a commitment to improving health outcomes for our communities. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to identify and address the complex needs of our service users, ensuring seamless care delivery and maximizing the potential for each individual.
A key aspect of this role is the opportunity to lead by example and promote a culture of innovation and creativity within the team. You will have the chance to contribute to the development of new approaches and initiatives that support the needs of our communities.
