Business Operations Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Administrator to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled administrator to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team, including typing, scanning, and posting documents.
- Produce monthly Sub-contractor KPIs to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
- Assist with Pre-start Presentations, ensuring all necessary information is prepared and presented effectively.
- Order and issue stationery as required, maintaining a well-stocked office supply.
- Update site plans weekly with sales information and monthly with build stage releases, providing critical insights for business decisions.
- Collate and format all departmental Pre-start presentations on to a master document, streamlining communication and reducing errors.
- Maintain accurate records of archiving, providing boxes and numbers as needed.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in administration, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
