Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Energy & Infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitching legal services to existing and potential new clients, working closely with internal teams.
- Developing marketing materials to support business development activities, including presentations, proposals, and other collateral.
- Coordinating directories and awards submissions, as well as business development events.
- Managing key client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and developing strategies to retain and grow these relationships.
- Promoting thought leadership initiatives and positioning the firm as a leader in its areas of expertise.
- Maintaining databases, ensuring client information is up-to-date and data aligns with best practice processes.
Requirements:
- Experience working within a legal or professional services firm.
- Previous business development or marketing experience gained within a law firm.
- Ability to analyse complex information and present key points concisely.
- Strong written and verbal skills, confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels.
