Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our Private Client department at our Bexleyheath office.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the fee earner, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Audio and copy typing correspondence, including letters and legal forms.
- Client liaison and communication.
- General administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Diary management and organization.
- Opening and closing files.
- Accessing and inputting data onto the firm's case management system.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary in a busy Private Client department.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
