The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the construction process on multiple-unit developments, with a focus on ensuring timely completion and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supervising site teams and coordinating subcontractor activities
  2. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  3. Monitoring progress and taking corrective action as necessary
  4. Reviewing and revising master build programmes as needed
  5. Chairing and running subcontractor meetings

About you:

  1. You must hold a valid CSCS Card and a valid SMSTS certificate
  2. You should have a full UK Driving License
  3. You will need extensive experience as a Site Manager with a House Builder
  4. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of supervising site operations effectively
  5. You must have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
  6. You should be able to work with a high degree of accuracy

This role offers a competitive salary of £78,000, plus benefits, including car allowance, pension, healthcare, and 25 days annual leave.
