The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently and effectively, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key responsibilities include motivating the team to achieve targets and personal goals, managing team workflow, and overseeing the claims process from start to finish.

A salary of £33,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company, is on offer for this exciting opportunity.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands.
