Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
- Conduct vehicle appraisals, negotiate prices, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient branch operations.
Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Excellent administration and IT skills.
