Project Finance Expertise

We are seeking a highly experienced project finance lawyer to join our team in London or Edinburgh office. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years PQE and have gained experience in a large commercial firm with an established energy practice.

The role involves working on complex and challenging project finance transactions, including development and financing of new energy and infrastructure projects and refinancings. You will be part of a dynamic team that carries out top-tier and high-value work and has an increasingly international flavor given both inward investment and clients looking to invest in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver project finance transactions from initial term sheets and lender RfPs to financial close and post-financial close support and advice.
  • Work closely with colleagues in other Pinsent Masons offices to advise on cross-border matters.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, banks, and other industry professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex problems.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a comprehensive training and career development program, monthly 121s, career discussions, and semi-annual appraisals.
