Job Title: Apprentice Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Apprentice Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring it is fully compliant and fit for purpose for all staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain facilities management processes and procedures
  • Ensure the building meets all relevant compliance regulations
  • Manage cleaning, security, property, and grounds maintenance services
  • Supervise a small team of facilities management operatives
  • Liaise with tenants, employees, and visitors to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Experience delivering fit-out and CAPEX projects
  • Proven track record of delivering total facilities management services
  • Experience setting up new facilities management processes and mobilization
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • NEBOSH certifications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
