About the Role:

As a Shift Supervisor at EG Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Starbucks store. You will be responsible for supervising a team of colleagues, managing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage daily operations, including controlling inventory, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Shift Supervisor, you will need:

  • Experience in managing teams and supervising daily operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £12.25 per hour, estimated annual salary: £25,300.
