Job Description

We are seeking a Change Workforce Development Officer to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality Maths and English Functional Skills sessions and Change Workshops to support young people's career development.

The Role
  • You will work closely with learners from Pre-Entry to Level 2, adapting your approach to meet individual needs and abilities.
  • You will build strong, positive relationships with students, creating a safe, supportive environment where young people feel confident to express themselves.
Requirements
  • You should have a passion for working with young people and a strong commitment to building student-centered relationships, then supporting their education and personal development.
  • You must have experience working in youth work, SEND, or alternative provision settings.
  • You should possess a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for student transport (business cover required).
What We Offer

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
