Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Deliver a high-quality service in line with client's values, motivating the team, and demonstrating best practices in IPS (Individual Placement and Support) employment services.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of up to 25 clients, providing advice and support to help them overcome barriers to employment and remain in work.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activity and outcomes using Client's CRM and the NHS Rio system.
- Client Support: Prepare participants for employment through vocational profiling and ongoing, tailored support to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Support Needs Assessment: Assist participants with employment-related support such as benefits advice, travel arrangements, and managing health at work.
- Workshops & Training: Facilitate employment workshops and collaborate with other team members to support participants.
- Identify and participate in appropriate training for personal and professional development.
- Support in-house staff training and facilitate peer learning.
- Contribute to the development of a locally responsive service, particularly supporting disadvantaged communities.
- Promote and comply with all Their policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, and Data Protection.
- Have a valid Enhanced DBS.
