Job Description:

The Quantitative Strategist identifies, designs, develops, and implements analytics dashboards using Tableau, Python, and SQL to meet business needs.

They own the holistic delivery of strategic initiatives within a business, function, or bank-wide program, leveraging their extensive domain knowledge and strong technical development expertise to create value and solve complex challenges in line with the sponsor's strategic priorities.

You will work within the Global Strategic Analytics Team implementing effective and efficient solutions for primarily the sales organisation.

  • Develop and implement high-performing Tableau dashboards on client risk metrics.
  • Support multiple asset classes and business across the firm's global footprint.
  • Support and understand the creation of a centre of excellence for data analysis, data curation, and process analysis to support the front office business, infrastructure functions, and risk.
  • Manage all client risk including revenue, KYC risks, and capital allocations.
  • Mandatory - extensive end-to-end Tableau dashboard development experience, ideally within a financial services environment.
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience. Experienced developing front-office banking applications.
  • Excellent computing and programming skills and experience (including recent) of programming languages, especially Python and SQL as well as standard development tools (such as GitHub, Bitbucket).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive end-to-end Tableau dashboard development experience, ideally within a financial services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience. Experienced developing front-office banking applications.
  • Excellent computing and programming skills and experience (including recent) of programming languages, especially Python and SQL as well as standard development tools (such as GitHub, Bitbucket).
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
