About the Role

This Financial Analyst for Environmental Impact position plays a crucial role in safeguarding the assets of the firm through independent scrutiny of financial and non-financial information. As part of the second line of defense, you will provide critical analysis while ensuring internal and external financial and non-financial information is accurate. Additionally, you will engage regularly with regulators and auditors, helping to protect the firm from reputational and other risks.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop processes and implementation roadmaps for ESG reporting
* Produce ESG metrics and regulatory disclosures impacting regional subsidiaries and the Goldman Sachs Group
* Monitor application and adherence with local ESG regulatory reporting obligations
* Analyze results of ESG metrics and report findings to working groups, oversight forums, and senior management

What We're Looking For

* 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in Sustainable Finance and ESG reporting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to quickly learn and leverage a range of systems and self-service tools

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
