Job Title: Performance Metrics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Analytics Manager to join our team at Formula Recruitment.

Estimated Salary: £62,750 per annum (based on national averages for the UK)

Location: London | Hybrid

About the Job:

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a critical role in driving commercial performance and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our Senior Revenue Manager to provide data-driven insights that inform our commercial strategy.

As a Performance Metrics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing commercial performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Providing data and insights that inform our commercial strategy
  • Working closely with our Senior Revenue Manager to drive commercial performance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years' experience in an analytics role (data or commercial)
  • A background in Economics, Maths, Statistics or Finance
  • The ability to effectively analyse data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Recent experience in revenue forecasting and/or revenue budgeting models
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
