Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative assistance to the capacity planning team
- Assist in developing and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data exchange
- Distribute critical information to relevant departments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A standard full-time work schedule (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills: time management, independence, meeting deadlines, multitasking
- Effective interpersonal skills: teamwork, adaptability under pressure
- Outstanding customer service skills
This role requires a highly organised and communicative individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Salary Range:£35,000 - £40,000 per year
