We're seeking an ambitious Senior Home Care Professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional care services. As a Care Manager, you'll be responsible for day-to-day management and ensuring the branch operates efficiently and effectively.

About You:
  • You'll need a Level 5 NVQ in Management in Care or equivalent experience.
  • A strong understanding of CQC/CIW guidelines and regulations is crucial.
  • A full UK driving licence and ability to travel frequently are required.

In return for your expertise, we offer a salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including 23 days annual leave, career progression opportunities, and access to nationally recognised qualifications.
