Role Overview

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and service, utilizing our nursing model to provide safe haemodialysis treatment as prescribed. This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work on a bank basis, supporting our clinics when needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized care, promoting patient-centered care and adhering to our nursing model.
  • Mentor and support team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administer safe haemodialysis treatment in accordance with patient prescriptions.
  • Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and with external partners.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, contributing to their implementation and review.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and contribute to the evaluation and improvement of patient care.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Experience in renal nursing and dialysis is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work effectively within a team
