About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Cumbria. As a key member of our Construction business, you will be responsible for successfully managing allocated projects and their associated activities from conception to completion.

Your primary objective will be to deliver work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction, and Morgan Sindall standards, while ensuring Perfect Delivery is achieved.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Project Manager, with a degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline. You will also need to have experience of working and managing contractors within a traditional construction project.

A sound understanding and experience in the application of safety legislation is essential, as is a good understanding of commercial issues affecting projects. Excellent management skills, motivating colleagues to achieve high standards, are also required.

We are looking for someone with experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
