Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the care and guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans for each student
  • Deliver small-group instruction and one-on-one support to students, focusing on areas such as literacy, numeracy, and life skills
  • Assist students with transitions between lessons and activities, promoting independence and self-confidence
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents regarding student progress

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £23,500 - £26,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
