Sales Growth Manager - Job Opportunity
About the RoleCitrus Recruit Ltd is seeking a Sales Growth Manager to join their team and drive sales growth through new and existing relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with growth plans for both revenue and people over the next 3 years. As we grow, there will be career development opportunities and an impact on our success.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Business Development role ideally within a Financial Services company, but we are open to any industry.
This is a remote role, where you must live in the patch you will be working.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and introducers.
- Achieve sales targets in line with company expectations.
- Manage sales pipeline and diarise effectively, following up with outstanding enquiries and account management as required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
We offer a competitive salary of £44,000 per annum, uncapped commission structure, and a range of benefits including:
- 23 days holiday + BH (closed over Christmas).
- Option to buy additional holiday.
- Pay mileage at 45p a mile.
