  • Develop and maintain resource management plans to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address resourcing needs.
  • Monitor and analyse data to inform resource allocation decisions.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in resource management or a related field (5+ years).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
