As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our human resources function, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources, talent management, or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and be passionate about cycling and committed to creating a world where everyone can cycle safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the human resources function, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with our organisational goals
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and social responsibility
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that support our business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Passion for cycling and commitment to creating a world where everyone can cycle safely
