Risk Management Specialist

Corecruitment International is seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our client's team in London/South. As a Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting good risk management practices across the organization, minimizing the risk of loss, damage, or injury to employees, customers, contractors, and reputation.
About the Role:This is a regional role that requires travel across all venues to provide support as necessary. You will work closely with the wider Group Operations department, Venue Operations department, the F&B Team, and other functions to ensure the effective implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote good risk management practices within all levels of the business.
- Work with the Head of Risk Management to deliver risk management responsibilities across Health and Safety, Fire, Security, Food, and Insurance/Risk services.
- Provide support, direction, guidance, policy, governance, and audit within the group and across all supported venues/offices.
- Health and Safety qualification – minimum level 3 equivalent – NEBOSH/NVQ/NCRQ.
- Experience of working in a risk management role in a multi-site environment, including audit, risk assessment, implementation of policies/procedures/training, incident management/investigation, and performance reporting.
- Experience of working with enforcing authorities and third-party contractors.
- A competitive salary of £55,000pa.
