About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Senior Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our clients' properties and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough fire risk assessments on commercial properties and construction sites to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Provide technical fire safety advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Support the management team in responding to client queries, providing 121 support, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in completing fire risk assessments on commercial properties.
- Construction experience is highly desirable.
- Level 4 fire risk assessment qualification.
- Membership of a recognized fire safety institution, such as IFSM or IFE.
