Job Title: Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at Corecruitment International. As a Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and contractors.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting good Risk Management practice within the business, minimizing the risk of loss, damage, or injury to employees, company assets, customers, contractors, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote good Risk Management practice within all levels of the business
  • Work with the Head of Risk Management to deliver Risk Management responsibilities across Health and Safety, Fire, Security, Food and Insurance/Risk services
  • Provide support, direction, guidance, policy, governance, and audit within the group and across all supported Venues/Offices
  • Responsible for providing support, direction, guidance, policy, governance, and audit within the group and across all supported Venues/Offices and to other Head Office departments in the agreed areas of responsibility
Requirements:
  • Health & Safety qualification – minimum level 3 equivalent – NEBOSH/NVQ/NCRQ, ideally working towards next level
  • Experience of working in a risk management role in a multi-site environment including audit, risk assessment, implementation of policies/procedures/training, incident management/investigation and performance reporting
  • Experience of working with enforcing authorities and third-party contractors
